Hello everyone! Kathy Whittleton-Tyler has broken the 1/4-mile record for the fastest Explorer ST!
Kathy’s car pasased the quarter mile at 10.30 seconds at 133 MPH, breaking the record set by CJ Rolle, whose time stood at 10.40 seconds @ 131 MPH.
Kathy’s car is completely FBO. The biggest items are CR Performance turbos, Nostrum Stage X Fuel System, ZFG-spec built engine with 9.5:1 compression ratio, and tuned by ZFG Racing. The car made 751 AWHP and 693 ft-lbs of torque on the dyno on pump E85. Truly amazing numbers!
